I’ve started getting the following error “The file was modified by the third-party updater pyRevitloader” (see attached image), I’ve tried uninstalling then installing the latest pyRevit version 5.3.1 without success.
Any help would be appreciated.

All good, I have resolved the issue.
And the actual issue and solution were?
Issue was caused by having the hooks folder in the wrong location.
Mistakenly placed it in the parent folder rather than the MyFirstExtensions.extension
