There is issue in pyrevit7.0.026278 while installing via MECM to larger users it not get install in first attempt there also i am facing issue in Revit 2025 and Rvit 2026

The Microsoft.CodeAnalysis error is often a conflict between addins.

Citing the notion page on how to troubleshoot this:

  1. Move all Revit addins to a temporary location. Usual addins locations include:
    1. %AppData%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\
    2. %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
    3. %ProgramData%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\
    4. %ProgramData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins
  2. [Reboot computer]
  3. Reinstall pyRevit
  4. Started each version of Revit confirming pyRevit successfully compiled at startup.
  5. Move all Revit addins that were moved in step 3 back to their original location.
    1. you may want to add them one at a time and start a revit session everytime to figure out which ones are causing the issue.

  1. Uninstall
  2. Install latest wip version
