Tab without a button

Hi, everyone!
if I need to make a tab without a button, but just place a picture. How can i do this?
Now, if I make a pushbutton extension, then pyrevit immediately writes that it could not find the script.

create a blank file called script.py? you can push it but obviously it wont do anything. no error though
