In my previous job we have had a command that can pick all member from a group, so I could directly add parameteres. I have checked with pyRevit command select group member, but this not select member. Any ideas?
You do, but you have different categories of elements selected. If you use the filtering and unselect some of the items to get only one category, you should be good to go.

ok, it works by filtering after selecting all members. The group consist of structural framing and column, but I would prefer to have multiple categories selected than I can change member properties at the same time
As long as 2 or more category share a same parameter, you usually can edit it.
But sometimes, user facing parameter name can differ from backend parameter, therefore not allowing you to edit two parameter wit apparently the same name
