Yes.
I think you should do a research in Revit API docs before opening a new topic here.

Thank you for sharing the entire IndependentTag API, I’m still new to this, so the term threw me off at first, which I just figure it’s called “References”. I’ll be sure to think extra carefully before posting any new topics here. Thanks again

And do a python course, a little bit of data bases and POO (Orientated Object Programming)
