As my comments in an old post, i am having the same trouble here, Please see attached Photo
what i noticed is that instead of the IPV277 Engine I have Default… something wrong with my installation?
System Windows 10 // Revit 2022 and 2024 // PyRevit Version: “4.8.14.24016+1909”

I already installed and uninstalled all 3 Times, taking into account to erase all PyRevit and PyRevit-Master Folders

in the case that someone has the same problem:
I took the steps from Error dynamically compiling pyRevit runtime - Link here : Notion – The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases.
And it fixed my problem
