Pyrevit crash inside Revit 24.2

Hi all.
We have a problem in our Studio with PyRevit.
on Revit 24.2, 25,26 the PyRevit 4.8.16 is crashing.
I was trying newer versions of PyRevit and when installed they cause a crash of Revit 24,25,26.

this is the error of the crash report I have now on Revit 24.2 with PyRevit 4.8.16

’ 0:< API_ERROR { : Assembly version conflict in some references in AXMImporter.dll assembly
'Addin’s module RevitAPI of version 25.0.0.0 conflicts with same preloaded module of version 25.1.0.0 }
any suggestions?

Uninstall pyrevit previous versions and install latest. Then report.
4.8.16 is old in my standards and is not supported anymore

I just reinstalled Windows 10 Pro on the PC.
Latest Version (5.2.0.25181) of PyRevit was working on R24.1 and R25.4 but not on R26.
After installing Sentinell → R25 is crashing and pyR is working just on R24.

This is the Report (I have the same report on others PC too):

Might be an real issue

Sentinel one sucks. I wrote plenty of answers on how to fix / whitelist properly Revit and won’t reiterate here.

This is not a report and is absolutely unrelated.

Follow the steps on our repository to file an issue, there is a section about reporting properly.

I hope you did not do that because you thought this would fix your issue. Reinstalling an os is overkill.
