I’m wondering if there is a way to create a new personal group for specific properties ( also for shared parameters) like Dimensions group or Others group.
I searched through Revit UI but it seem to be not allowed. Maybe programmatically is possible through the API.
Can someone confirm?

like categories, these are builtin and not editable, at least not that I know of. I could not find a method to do so in the api.
