I can’t find prefight check on my pyRevit tab, am I missing something? Any help/idea?

You’ll probably need to give us a bit more info than that 
What version of Revit and pyRevit are you using? Has it always been missing? You could also upload a screenshot of your pyRevit ribbon.

also try and run in the command line ‘pyrevit env’ and post the result
that will give us insights like revit version, pyrevit version and if installed properly, …
