New gig, so working on getting the office up and going.
I think I might have found an install issue. I first thought it was because we are using VM desktops (for now) But other plugin’s installed just fine.

I got files copied over from my desktop system and edited to work. IT has set up emails and user logon names as First.Last. I think the “.” is causing the installer to not install all the files. Not 100% sure of this - but right now the only possibility I can see. Once files are in-place and in and addin edited, things seem to work.

Our org has the same “.” in the usernames, and we do not have problems installing using CLI.
I have also run the standard installers on my machines, without problems (up to version 5.1.0)

Some things I would check:
Are you running the installers or CLI?
Admin installer or AllUsers?
Checked antivirus?
Checked user rights for the folders needed when installing?

Thanks. Just doing a user profile install - no CLI.
Rights to the folder seem ok as pyRevit Master installed, but pyRevit didn’t and it is just usere\Appdata.

Will have to do some more testing.

My guess would be something blocking some part of the install.
Ask IT if anything could be blocking.

You could also test a CLI install, see if it works that way.
