Manage Keynotes Crashing Central Model in Revit 2024

I’m using Manage Keynotes in a model with my team and we’re experiencing issues where one of us are asked to sync when adding a keynote, then the file crashes. It clear this has been present on the forum for some time and I hope the developers are able to address it.

We would need more info to address the issue

info from all people using the KM:

  • Version of Revit
  • Version of pyRevit
  • Keynote file hosting? ACC, BIM360, Server, Gdrive, Sharepoint?
  • Sync method of the keynote file
  • Error Message / screen capt/text
  • Journal file

It is basically impossible to reproduce for a single person.
And I don’t know if anyone has the time and will to reproduce it with me for example.

If it’s helpful I can set up a test project in BIM360 and invite you. I think I have an extra BIM360 license I can lend for this. I don’t mind getting in and helping to troubleshoot if it helps us figure out the problem.

I do need to see if the problem still persists with the 4.8.16 version first before we go to all this trouble. I realized they were using an older version after I started this bug. I will report back.
