I’m having an issue with a custom toolbar. It works for most of the team, but not for two colleagues. We contacted IT, who advised us to reach out to Autodesk. Autodesk suggested it might be a pyRevit issue, but if that were the case, the toolbar wouldn’t work for anyone. Instead, out of 20 people, only two are affected. One of them has both a desktop PC and a laptop, and the toolbar only fails to work on the laptop.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue when creating a toolbar? Could you point me in the direction of what the problem might be?
For context, the toolbar was added to the custom extension directory and contains direct URLs to websites and internal documents.
