How can I assign keyboard shortcuts for a custom button?

when I try to assign the key, created button not showing in the list.

Filter the tab you want then select the command and enter your shortcut key as you normally would:

[martin.servold (Martin)]

Note:
The extension/command has to be loaded at revit startup for the command(s) to be available in this list, it is not dynamically updated.
