R&D Manager
Responsible for managing and developing the R&D team to deliver innovative digital solutions and support continuous improvement of Atlas’ core services in the AEC industry. Coordinate R&D activities, drive research into new technologies (including AI and automation), and collaborate with other departments to integrate R&D outcomes into production and service delivery. Focus on building team capabilities, leading project delivery, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Senior R&D Coordinator
Play a key role in supporting the company’s digital development by building practical automation tools, improving BIM workflows, and providing technical guidance and training to project teams. Drive innovation while ensuring teams can apply digital solutions effectively in their daily work.
Skills required
R&D Manager
- Programming: C#, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, Java + BIM APIs (Revit API, ArchiCAD GDL)
- AEC software: Revit, Rhino, BIM platforms
- 3D/AR/VR: Unity, Unreal, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender
- Database (advantage): SQL, NoSQL
- Deliver innovative tools/workflows into production
Senior R&D Coordinator
- Scripting/automation: Dynamo, Python, C#
- BIM workflows + automated 3D/2D solutions
- Write, review, test, deploy code
- Advanced Revit + develop components/add-ins
- Knowledge of Revit API
- Advantage: AI tools, pyRevit/Grasshopper, multi-language (C#, Python, JS, VBA), SQL/NoSQL
