Does it need Internet Connection to create custom extension from pyrevit?
I cannot create a new tool in a no internet pc. The other is worked
Internet connection is generally not needed for any tool not specifically depending on internet such as the github link in pyrevit settings.
Share your extension layout and it might show the issue. You can load extensions from a folder and copy/paste to other machines in absence of internet being an option, although most developers prefer a github/cli distribution approach.
