Hi, Everyone. First of all, I love Pyrevit. I like how it speeds up my work with small script and tools.
I’m writing because I need a function called a color splasher.
I saw a video integrated inside Pyrevit in Analysis, but I don’t have that script.
I found the one from BIM that works, but I can’t create the legend. Anyway, I would love to understand why I can’t see the color splasher tool in Pyrevit ( I checked in 22 and 23, but nothing).

the colour splasher in its first iteration was released 8 month ago,
what version of pyRevit do you have installed?
you may want to uninstall the one you have and download & install the latest one
would the color spasher work for linked models? Right now, i create several filters in my host model for ceilings to color the ceilings at different elevations. I am not able to do this in Bim One’s version. I have not tried the latest pyRevit. Still waiting on IT to push it through.
I just downloaded the latest version from here and the Reset All Colors or Create View Filters do not work for me.
This is the message I receive when clicking on Create View Filters
i ended up commenting out Line 303 and the Reset colors worked.
@RenzoGlielmi The version i downloaded mentioned does show the color splasher.
No, this is an API limitation that may be removed in 2025 version.
