Hello,
I’m trying to install PyRevit 2025 on company PC, and after uninstalled previous version and installed version pyRevit_5.0.0.25034_signed.exe when I open Revit I get the message to load the plugin, but after that Revit 2025.4 crashes…
If I disabled PyRevitloader in the plugin menu, Revit 2025 opens fine.
Does anyone know how to install pyRevit 2025 ?
Btw my PyRevit works on 2022 2023 2024, I tested all of them. I have sentinel one but our IT guy did the exception last year and Pyrevit works on previous Revit versions.
Thanks,
Kind Regards,
It may be a problem with signatures, the dlls were not correcly signed, only the installer was.
It may be solved by adding all the pyrevit*.dll files to the exclusion list of sentinelOne, but I’m just playing the guessing game here

### 🐞 Describe the bug
Hello guys, I have an issue with installing **Pyrevit version 5.0.0.25034_admin** onto computer manually/remotely via Intune. Have you guys used Intune to do this by any chance? I can deploy it fine and it goes to where it's supposed to in the program files and everything. The Intune part isn't the problem, it seems to be the admin version of Pyrevit that's acting up as I tested the install manually.
Attempting to open up Revit 2024 or 2025 shows the usual "verify Pyrevitloader plugin" and hitting "always load" causes both Revit's to crash altogether.

Revit 2024 just won't open anymore and Revit 2025 shows a crash report.
To summarize, if you install the normal version of pyrevit (not the admin version but the normal version that goes into the user profile) that one works fine, but the admin version is what's causing errors. I have an error report from Autodesk if you need to see that.
If you guys use Microsoft Intune at all, this would be a big help if you had a way to get the normal version connected and working on there. The other installs but it causes crashes. Thank you!
