Active engine & cpython engine empty

As you can see in the image, the engines and dropdowns are empty.

How do i fix?

Im running this version of pyrevit.

I would not know, mine, fresh install from a few days back:

I suggest you file an issue on the repo and provide all the details of the issue template to see if we can reproduce.
