About Window..?

Good morning.
I am new to using pyrevit and many things are not clear to me… I hope you can guide me to better understand how to get the most out of this wonderful application.
I have a few questions to start with:

1.- This window can be made with pyrevit…?

2.- There is a tutorial where you can see the process of how to do it…

3.- Can I do this from dynamo and python… or only from pyrevit…??

It is done using WPF. GUI is defined in XAML file. Ehsan did few videos about GUI creation on pyRevit youtube channel as well - sessions 8-10
